چکیده

Medicinal plants and their endophytes are a source of valuable bioactive compounds secondary metabolites which contribute to more than 80% natural medicines available in the market. A plant that has long been used as traditional medicinal herb for healing is Kayu Jawa (Lannea coromandelica (Houtt) Merr). This study aimed characterization identification endophytic bacterial isolates isolated from (L. (Houtt.) research laboratory experimental research. In total, 8 were selected representatives community living tissues The microscopic observation was performed by Gram staining. Biochemical conducted using Vitek 2. results showed Bacillus dominant genus this followed Staphylococcus Pantoea. Based on done, it can be concluded bacteria Lannea Merr, six belonging another two Pantoea genera. However, exploration prospective application, very important do systematic biological distribution host.
